Okay--we get it. Jessica Concha has been open about her online interactions with Filipino-Norweigian actor, Rafael Rosell who starred in GMA's Temptation of Wife alongside Marian Rivera, Dennis Trillo and Glaiza de Castro, but nothing was ever confirmed if the two actually knew each other (Ms. Concha has always insisted--"He talks to everyone online! I doubt he knows me."--yeah, yeah okay Jess). It's finally official when a JS fan tweeted Rafael Rosell if he actually knew the Filipino-American writer and look at how he responded!
Doesn't this just give you the kilig feel? Read how the rest of the JS followers reacted on here. Jessica spends her holidays in where else? Sin City-Las Vegas. She arrived on December 17th, and was later joined by her family a week later where they spent their holidays exploring The Strip and the whole city. "Las Vegas, you're a blast at night!!!!" she tweeted on December 21st with a picture of the band, Monroy, while performing in Freemont Experience in Downtown Las Vegas (you can see that picture here.) The author also spent a weekend in Los Angeles to visit her family where they took pictures at Hollywood Boulevard. She posted the picture on the left, with message to her followers, "Happy New Year lovely people! Xox Jess" on her official facebook fanpage before the countdown at the streets in front of MGM Grand. Kim Sabilona, the illustrator behind the designs of The Jessica's Stories Collection under the Sweet Tofu Company, released the first illustration of--*silently squeals on the inside*--the hot guardian angel protagonist, Alexus, of Jessica Concha's latest fantasy story, The Sacred Rule of Love. Our imaginations already told us that Alexus already has a smokin' hot bod and the newly released photo just added to our fangirling over the matter. We can't wait to see the illustration of the series' resident bad boy, Jax. What do you all think he will look like? Check out more of Kim Sabilona's illustrations on her official fanpage.

It has not been long since we learned that A Place in Time will be picked up for publication by Summit Books and now we hear that Jessica Concha signed an exclusive contract under Pop Fiction!
The Filipino-American writer signed an exclusive three-year contract under Pop Fiction giving them first-rights to publish her works. We know Jessica is excited, because we are too! We can't wait to finally see a Jessica's Stories section on bookstores nationwide. What do you think about Jessica signing an exclusive contract? Rumors have been on the air that Jessica and her long-term boyfriend Ken have finally called it quits. Jessica confirmed this breakup on an entry on her Ask.fm account after she was asked if she and her boyfriend are doing 'okay.'
"I am cool answering this. Ken and I are not together anymore," the writer responded to the question. When asked what was the reason for the breakup, she just says, "It's not something I can share publicly but it was not a bad breakup so we're friends still!" We're so glad these two remained friends! |
